"Fuck the Post Office"

"Give me your fucking money!"
The words Bob Geldof used to get support going for Band Aid, something that has undoubtedly proved rock 'n' roll can change the world, and shows the power of music. That's the legacy Bob Geldof has left the world.

The lesson today is how to die

In the part of Band Aid when the BoomTown Rats performer "I don't like Mondays" when it got to the line "the lesson today is how to die" the set stopped and that line revealed a double meaning. What he did was amazing but couldn't have been achieved without help and support of so many other people. He's one of my idols, and to be honest I barely know anything about him, but becasue he cared and he helped he is.
