Just watched Wanted, was a good film. Funny and violent, little bit quirky I suppose, but enjoyable. Well to me it was, yet my mum fell asleep, but that means nothing, she does that with most films. It's amusing, she falls asleep some nights and the ways we wake her up, by we I mean my dad and me mostly. When we still had Roxy, my first dog, my dad had actually trained her to go over to my mum and lick her until she woke up-I'm guessing as no one can yell at a dog.
But yeah she fell asleep and said it was bad and a weird film, but it was awsome, and the end line, "what have you done with your life recently?" Hilarious.
Ever seen Severance? If not, is a good film to see if nothing else is on, it's a horror comedy and made my Isle of Mann studios, same people who made Blackball so good vibe when I saw that on the credits. Was funny and gory, so maybe not for everyone. Had to admit I was reading whilst watching as well some bits are extremely gory lots of blood, and grimacing bits. Yet still good, me is thinking it may and is more than likely a indie film. Why are they always so good? Well mostly, they always have that quirk or unique vantage point or tell the story in such a way it's refreshing and new, sometimes just an insight into normal life. Indie love! <3
